Shipping policy

We aim to get your prank presents dispatched quickly so they arrive in perfect time for the fun.

Dispatch Times

• Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 2:30pm are usually dispatched the same day.
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Delivery Options (UK)

• Standard Delivery – Royal Mail 2nd Class: Usually delivered in 2 working days after dispatch.
• Express Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class: Usually delivered in 1 working day after dispatch.

Please note: Royal Mail delivery times are aims, not guarantees. Delays can occur that are outside of our control, especially during busy periods (e.g. Christmas) or industrial action.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. We’ll do our best to stop it and issue a refund. After this window, your order may already be in processing or dispatched and we won’t be able to stop it.

Additional Information

• Delivery timeframes are counted from the day your order is dispatched, not the time you place the order.
• You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your parcel is on the way.
• We currently ship within the UK.
