Refund policy

Our prank presents are designed to make people laugh, gasp and maybe blush a little – so we hope you’ll never want to send them back! That said, we do comply with UK distance selling regulations and will accept returns if you really, really want to.

Eligibility

• You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• Custom messages or personalised prank cards are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. In other words – if the laugh wasn’t worth the postage, we’ll still honour the return, but you’ll need to cover the cost of sending it back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

If you’d like to return an order, please contact us at info@prankpresents.co.uk with your order number and details. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
