What is prank mail?
Prank mail is a funny or embarrassing package sent to someone as a joke. At Prank Presents, we specialise in anonymous prank gifts that arrive in silly packaging - from fake adult product boxes to cheeky custom messages - designed to make the recipient laugh (and squirm).

Are prank parcels safe to send?
Yes - our prank parcels are harmless joke products designed for entertainment. They don’t contain anything dangerous or offensive - just clever packaging, funny props, and a guaranteed laugh when your mate opens it.
Will the recipient know it’s from me?
Nope! All our prank parcels are sent 100% anonymously. We never print your name or address anywhere on the packaging. Unless you decide to tell them, your secret’s safe.
What shows on the packaging?
Each prank parcel comes with one of our professionally designed embarrassing fake stickers. Along with the recipients name and address. Don’t worry, nothing links it back to you, unless you want it to.
Can I add a custom message?
Yes! You can include a short custom note inside the parcel. We hand write your message on the Prank Card, or Prank Birthday Card if you chose that option. Keep it funny, cheeky or mysterious - totally up to you. (Just remember, we don’t allow anything abusive or threatening).
Do you ship everywhere in the UK?
Yep - we deliver prank mail to any UK address via Royal Mail. Orders usually arrive in 2–3 working days with free 2nd Class postage. Want it faster? Upgrade to 1st Class or Signed For at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we only ship within the UK. But we’re always looking at expanding - keep an eye out!
What if the parcel goes missing?
Royal Mail is pretty reliable, and most mail is tracked, but if your order doesn’t arrive we’ll either resend it free of charge or refund you - whichever you prefer.
Can the recipient refuse delivery?
Technically yes - like any parcel. But most of the fun is in them awkwardly accepting it from the postie. If they do refuse, the joke’s kind of on you, but hey - you still tried!
Is prank mail legal?
Absolutely. Our products are for entertainment only, contain nothing illegal, and are designed purely for a laugh.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you made a mistake, let us know within 1 hour of ordering and we’ll do our best to change or cancel it. Once it’s packed and shipped, we can’t stop it (sorry!).
How do I know which prank to choose?
That’s the hardest bit! We’ve got everything from embarrassing stickers to insult chocolate. Think about what will make your mate squirm the most - and go with that. Worst case? Order more than one 😉.
Can I order multiple pranks at a time?
Absolutely! If you want all packages to go to the same address, just simply add them to your cart and use a single shipping address. If you want them to go to separate addresses, just place a separate order for each.
Someone keeps sending me prank mail. Can you tell me who it is?
Our prank parcels are meant for harmless fun - we never intend for anyone to feel upset or harassed. Because of GDPR privacy laws, we cannot share any information about the sender. If you feel the situation has gone beyond a joke, you’re welcome to contact the police. Should they get in touch with us, we’ll of course cooperate fully and provide any information we’re legally allowed to share.
